Individual directors, committees, and committee members also receive correspondence to their attention at the above address.
Dues and Special Assessments: At each annual fall meeting, homeowners approve a budget for the upcoming calendar year. Dues and special assessments, as needed, are set at that time. Our "Collections Policy" summary is available for viewing and/or downloading at the Resources page. More fiscal information can be found under Treasurer Notes.
Guest Parking: Prairie Village on-street guest parking is extremely limited to one small section of Long Branch Drive and a small portion of the cul-de-sac at the end of Prager Place. Our Guest Parking page and a downloadable image on the Resources page show these two very small, approved options for temporary, on-street guest parking. Please never block a driveway or hinder the ability of someone to enter or exit a driveway.
