2019 Spring Meeting Minutes

April 16, 2019

Meeting called to order at 6:41 p.m.

A quorum was met.

2018 Fall Meeting Minutes approved (Lisa and Jeffrey moved).

Reports

1. Treasurer's report:

   1. Dues reminder

   2. Safety deposit box cost remained the same

2. Landscape committee plans updated and out on table

3. Practice ballot for formal voting process

   1. Top 5 elected will decide what positions they will do

4. Welcome Committee

   1. New owners starting to move in

5. Building and Landscaping Committee

   1. Need additional committee member - Polly will send email

   2. Quick reference landscaping lists from governing documents with Pantone chart on back - Will go out in Welcome documents and be posted on website

   3. Reminder to ask prior permission - Now have submission guidelines from governing documents

Unfinished / Old Business

1. Tentative “work days”

   1. May 18 and June 8 - Polly will send an email out

2. Potholes at entrance of development - Polly submitting through DOH procedure first

3. Follow-up on Jean’s comment about landscaping/grass (313 Glencoe Lane)

New Business

1. New election process

   1. Main question about ballots were about writing in at meeting and if people could write in other names.

   2. Possibility of implementing incentive for board members of discounted dues - Jeffrey gave history on previous conversations.
